We often say “I want to”, but we can’t always say exactly:
Is it a dream, a plan, or a goal?
And sometimes the goal seems to be, but it does not give energy and does not move forward.- Because it's not really about us.

This is what we will deal with at the goal-setting workshop.

There will be a live meeting dedicated to goal-setting "adult"- without motivational slogans and universal recipes.

What to talk about and what to do in practice

At the meeting, we will discuss consistently:

• What is the difference between a dream, a plan and a goal- And why does the confusion between them keep moving?
• Different approaches to goal setting and the areas where each works best
• How to apply these tools to your real life and work tasks
• How personality type influences the choice of goal-setting tools: what works for some and doesn’t work for others
• Why Purpose and Targeting- These are different processes and why it is important not to mix them.

The format of the meeting is a workshop.
Tools will not just be shown, but immediately applied by participants to their situations.
