Novosibirsk will host the first international festival "It's winter in Siberia!"In the framework of which the winter fishing tournament will be held "Siberian Fishing.".
The event will bring together ice fishing enthusiasts, family teams and corporate participants on the same site with the annual snow hut construction festival. Needle 2026. Eskimo City.

About the tournament

"Siberian Fishing."- This is an opportunity:

• Try yourself in winter sports fishing,
• catch the trophy fish of the Ob Sea,
• get acquainted with the traditions and features of Siberian fishing,
• Spend the day at a big winter festival with the whole family.

Competition format

Competitions are taking place one-round duration 3 hours
(Duration can be adjusted depending on weather conditions).

• corporate.

In family and corporate settings, the team may consist of 2-3 people.

Basic rules

• Fishing is under way single-rod with a rat or a glitter.
• It is allowed to have spare fishing rods with fishing line of any diameter.
• Fishing is allowed only on freshly drilled holes; the number of holes is not limited, the distance- at least 5 meters from the holes of other participants.
• All caught fish are immediately placed in a package issued by the judges.
• All types of fish are taken into account in accordance with the Fishing Rules for the West Siberian Fisheries Basin (Order No. 319 of 13.11.2008).
• At the command of the referee at the end of the competition, the gear must be removed from the water.

It is forbidden:

• drinking alcohol before and during competitions
• use of equipment other than those permitted,
• leaving the competition area without the permission of the judge,
• transfer of the catch to other participants.

For violations there are penalties, up to disqualification.

Participants

Participation allowed willingregardless of gender or age.
Children participate only accompanied by adults.

Participation is free.
Registration is mandatory.

09:30 - 10:30 - registration
10:45. construction
11:00. kick-off
14:00 - finishing, catching, weighing, counting the results
15:00 - ceremony

Festival program (from 12:30):

• master classes in fishing from athletes of the Novosibirsk Regional Fishing Federation,
• entertainment program with host Ilya Kazarnovsky,
• presentation of Siberian cuisine from the festival partner- catering Food Factory.
• environmental quiz for children and adults from the movement "Econavigator",
• photo zones.
