Course "Apple Accounting." Your own financier.

When business grows and the numbers are not clearer
A business can bring in money, increase turnover and open up new directions – and the owner still does not understand how much he actually earns.
How much does each direction bring?
What is the margin of a particular service or group of goods?
At what volume of sales does the business go to zero?
Is there enough money for development?
Why does the owner’s personal income remain the same?
If you have to answer these questions “about”, “seems” or “you need to look in tables”, then the business is not controlled by numbers, but by sensations.
Course “Apple accounting. Your own financier. It is designed for entrepreneurs and managers who want to change this situation.
This is not a course for accountants or an attempt to turn an entrepreneur into a financier.
It's a practical intensity about, How to build a clear management accounting system in your business and use it to make decisions.
Why "on apples"?
Accounting should not be more complicated than the business itself.
Here complex financial and economic concepts are translated into a language that the entrepreneur understands. Without superfluous theory and Morse code of financiers.
The main task of the course is not just to give a set of terms and templates, but to help you. understand the logic of accounting and independently build it under the characteristics of your company.
So that as a result, you see the financial picture of the business as a whole, and each ruble has a clear place.
“I already think so. In his own way.
It's normal.
But a good question for this account is very simple: Can you quickly answer a few key questions with specific numbers?
- What is the margin of each direction?
- How profitable were you last month?
- At what volume of sales does the company go to zero?
- Is your sales plan realistic?
- What numbers are the scaling decision based on?
If there are answers, great. So you already know how to use your dashboard.
If instead of numbers you have to focus on the balance of money in the account, revenue and your own sense of the situation, it is time to restore order.
What will change after the course
Instead of disparate tables, records and constant attempts to “make ends” you will have management accounting structure designed for your business.
On real numbers, you:
- independently develop the structure and logic of accounting;
- Learn to see the financial result and understand what it consists of;
- Understand the cost and classification of expenses;
- Learn to distinguish between margin and profitability.
- be able to assess the profitability of individual areas, branches, goods or services;
- Develop the company budget;
- Learn to create a realistic sales plan.
- You can make management decisions based on metrics, not just intuition.
- reduce the time for regular reporting;
- Get the basis for further automation or delegation of accounting.
And most importantly, start. Manage business finances, not just counting money.
Why it’s not enough to set up an accounting program
Automation doesn't solve the problem if you don't understand it. What exactly do you want to automate?
Programs may not work properly, settings may not be appropriate, and an automation specialist may not always know the specifics of your business.
So you need logic first.
How to classify expenses?
How to allocate the total costs?
What are the numbers?
How to determine the cost?
How do you evaluate directions?
What data is really needed to make decisions?
Only then does automation become a tool, not an expensive system, from which it is difficult to get a clear answer.
Practice instead of teaching on the table
Course built as An intensive workshop lasting 8 weeks.
You do not just study the material and postpone the knowledge “for later”. Homework becomes part of the real setup of your accounting.
Work is based on your numbers and the characteristics of your business.
The format includes online meetings, one-on-one work, group classes, homework checks and the ability to ask questions in a group chat.
Group - No more than 6 people.
This is fundamental: the task of the course is not to give a lecture to a large audience. It is important to have time to understand exactly your situation, your figures and your management tasks.

What's in the program
1. Take control of the fact
We will analyze the basic principles of management accounting and develop its structure taking into account the characteristics of your business.
On the practical model of the Quarter period, you will configure the system, which you can then independently expand to the annual period.
Special attention is paid to cost classifications and key indicators:
- cost;
- marginality;
- profitability;
- effectiveness of directions;
- financial result.
2. Develop a plan.
Once the fact becomes clear, you can move on to planning.
You will understand the basics of budgeting, develop the budget of the company and make sales planIt is not based on desired numbers, but on the opportunities, needs, and limitations of your business.
3. "Help Me Please" in Self-Swimming
After the end of the course, the work does not stop.
During the month, two consultations are provided, where you can analyze the issues and situations that have arisen, if independent work has not gone according to plan.
Further, the task of the owner is to consolidate the skill and turn the accounting system into a familiar management tool.
Where will we work?
The main tool is Google Tables.
Why them?
Because at the start, you don’t have to invest in a complex automation system.
Google Tables allow you to independently build accounting at no additional cost, and the resulting system can later become:
- technical task for automation;
- the basis for the implementation of a specialized program;
- clear instructions for the employee to whom you decide to delegate accounting.
Who will do this course?
The course is worth considering if you:
- You want to know how much the business actually makes.
- Want to see the financial picture “as in the palm of your hand”;
- Spend too much time in summing up the results;
- keep records in several tables, notebooks or your own systems;
- want to understand the profitability of individual areas;
- Do not know how to calculate the cost correctly;
- Want to learn how to plan sales?
- Make decisions about growth and scaling without sufficient financial analytics
- You pay for your business expenses and lose your understanding of the real financial situation.
- Invest your own money regularly and want to finally understand when the business will start working for you.
Who doesn't need a course
If you’re already easily answering questions about margins, profitability, breakeven point, sales plans, and financial grounds for scaling, you probably won’t really need a baseline.
But if, instead of specific numbers, you’re more likely to say “think,” “about,” “should work,” or “should work,” that’s the case when system accounting can change the quality of business management.
