Sometimes we continue to move forward literally by inertia: set new goals, launch projects, take on the next tasks and commitments. But at some point, there is a strange feeling that what used to inspire and give energy, no longer arouses the former interest. Work requires more effort, the usual goals cease to ignite, and decisions are made more and more difficult.

Often the reason is not lack of motivation or fatigue. Over time, many people begin to live in the space of external expectations, social attitudes and habitual scenarios, gradually losing touch with what is really important right now.

When circumstances, stage of life, business or professional tasks change, the old guidelines may also stop working. In these moments, it is especially important to find an inner pillar – to understand what values really determine your decisions, actions, and energy source.

On May 29, the game-research "How Much Values Are Worth" will be held - a chamber practical meeting aimed at deep work with the inner orientations of a person.

Date: May 29
Time: 18:30
Venue: 10 minutes from the metro station "Enthusiasts Highway".

At the heart of the game is an interaction with a deck of 200 values through which participants can explore their own motives, look at their current goals and determine what really matters right now.

During the work, participants will be able to understand:

What is really important to them today?
What internal resources have already been implemented;
Where to focus attention at the current stage of life and business;
Which goals are truly their own and which are shaped by external expectations.

The practice is especially useful for entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and anyone who is in a state of searching for new landmarks or feels internal resistance to familiar tasks.

The organizers note that understanding one’s own values affects not only one’s personal condition, but also one’s professional sphere. When a person understands their real internal orientations, it becomes easier to make decisions, build communication, determine priorities and allocate resources.

Following the meeting, participants will receive:

A personal set of core values that are now a source of energy and internal support.
- a clear tool for making decisions through the system "mine is not mine";
A clearer understanding of the direction of development and points of effort.

The event will be held in a small format - the group is designed for only eight participants, which allows everyone to work with their request more deeply and attentively.

The host of the meeting is Olga Cherkashina, game practitioner, coach, co-developer of the coaching and psychological games company “Igrocraft”.
