Preferential lending and credit products of Rosselkhozbank
The first word was given by Solovyova Julia Nikolaevna - Deputy Director of the Rosselkhozbank of the Novosibirsk Branch and a member of the board of the AKCON Association.
The program of concessional lending for 2026 for small businesses remains unchanged. The terms of financing for revolving and investment purposes, as well as the volume of budget financing of the Novosibirsk region, are preserved. For other segments, the principle of limited access to subsidies applies.
The loan rate depends on the key rate. With its reduction, the credit load also decreases. Fixed rate returned - not more than 5% in the contract.
As of now:

- For farmers, the rate is automatically reduced.
The subsidy program has changed: some areas are excluded, others are added. For example, the production of raw materials for ice cream is excluded, the direction of growing bananas in the southern regions of Russia is added. There is also a program of the Ministry of Economic Development "1764" with a key minus rate of 3.5%.
An important case for 2025
The changes affected the credit history of customers using leasing. Delays on leasing payments are recorded in the credit bureau and can lead to denial of lending. Even a delay of more than 5 days can close access to loans for a year.
Particular attention should be paid to interaction with the leasing company, since the contract is concluded with it, and not with the supplier of equipment.
Educational project "Farmer's School"
In the spring of 2026, an educational project will start together with the agrarian university- Institute for Biotechnology. Subject matter - Rural agrotourism, processing of products and agrodrones.
In October, a federal three-day event with an exit platform is planned. Until April, a set of groups (at least 30 participants) will be held. Participation is free, the main sponsor - Rosselkhozbank.

Creation of a cooperative for the sale of crop products
